In the first ever episode of The Anxiety Experiment, Millie goes over the 5 W’s of the podcast: Who, What, Where, When, Why, Will, and How. Yes, there’s an H in there and an extra W, but we’re not going for perfection here, people! We’re trying to calm down!

She introduces herself and gives you some background on her anxiety and what you can expect from The Anxiety Experiment. In short, she’s your guinea pig in a science experiment that would probably get you disqualified from the science fair. That “no human subjects” rule is kind of a pain.
